The QrX App for Consumers
QrX offers an optional mobile app for consumers. The app is never required: paying at the door always works by scanning the QR code and paying in your phone's browser.
What the App Does
Keeps your QrX delivery payments and orders in one place.
Lets you pay upcoming Payment On Delivery orders from your phone.
Shows your payment confirmations and order information.
Getting the App
The app is available for iOS and Android. You may see a "Get the app" link on QrX pages or in QrX emails. PIN and payment emails can contain a personal "Open in QrX App" link that signs you in securely without a password; this link is personal to your order and should not be shared.
Do I Need the App?
No. The app is optional and adds convenience for consumers who receive Payment On Delivery orders regularly. Scanning the QR code at the door and paying in the browser always remains available.
When to Contact Our Support Team
Contact QrX support directly if you cannot sign in to the app with a valid link, if orders in the app do not match what you actually ordered, or if you suspect someone else used your personal app link. Security concerns are always handled by a person.
