UPS Payment On Delivery with QrX

QrX is the only UPS Payment On Delivery partner in Europe. This means eligible merchants can use QrX to collect a secure digital payment when a UPS delivery reaches the customer.

How It Works

  1. The merchant creates or imports an order into QrX.

  2. QrX creates a Payment On Delivery transaction linked to the order and delivery reference.

  3. The customer receives or scans a QrX payment link or QR code.

  4. The customer pays with an available digital payment method.

  5. QrX confirms the payment status so the delivery workflow can continue.

What QrX Controls

QrX controls the payment workflow, payment confirmation, transaction status, and payment-support data that belongs to the QrX transaction.

What UPS or the Carrier Controls

UPS or the relevant carrier controls the physical delivery process, route, delivery attempt, parcel handling, and carrier tracking events. QrX may display carrier tracking references when available, but QrX does not operate the delivery route.

Merchant Responsibility

The merchant remains responsible for the goods, order contents, return approval, warranty, and customer-service decisions about the purchase.
