For Consumers: How to Pay with QrX
If a merchant uses QrX, you may receive a payment link or scan a QR code to pay for your order when it is delivered. QrX provides the payment service for the merchant.
How to Pay
Open the official QrX payment link or scan the QR code linked to your order.
Check the merchant name, amount, currency, and order reference.
Choose one of the available payment methods.
Complete the payment through the secure payment flow.
Wait for the confirmation screen before closing the page.
If Payment Fails
Try again if the payment page says the payment failed or expired. If your bank shows a reservation but QrX does not confirm payment, wait a few minutes. If it still looks wrong, contact support with the merchant name, order reference, amount, payment date, and the email or phone number used for the order.
If You Need Help with the Product
The merchant is the seller of the goods. Contact the merchant for missing items, wrong items, damaged goods, product quality, cancellations, returns, warranty, repairs, or replacement. QrX can help identify the payment and order reference, but QrX cannot decide the merchant's goods dispute.
Payment Safety
Only pay through the official QrX payment page. QrX support will never ask you to send card numbers, passwords, one-time bank codes, or full payment credentials through chat, email, or phone.
