Consumer Rights and Merchant Responsibilities

When you pay through QrX, your consumer rights are not removed or reduced. The important point is that your rights about the goods are normally exercised with the merchant that sold you the goods.

QrX's Role

QrX supplies the payment service used by the merchant. We can help verify payment status, payment confirmation, transaction references, PIN or payment link issues, duplicate charges, and payment-side refund status.

The Merchant's Role

The merchant is responsible for the sale. This includes the product description, price, order contents, delivery promise, cancellation approval, return handling, warranty, repair, replacement, and customer-service decision.

When to Contact the Merchant

  • The goods are damaged, defective, wrong, missing, or incomplete.

  • You want to cancel, return, exchange, repair, or replace an item.

  • You disagree with the product quality, delivery promise, warranty, or return policy.

  • You need a merchant invoice, product support, or warranty confirmation.

When to Contact QrX

  • You paid, but the merchant or delivery flow does not show payment confirmation.

  • You think you were charged twice.

  • Your payment failed but your bank shows a reservation.

  • You cannot open the QrX payment link or PIN flow.

  • You need help finding the QrX transaction or order reference.

What to Include

Include the merchant name, order number, QrX transaction id if known, amount, payment date, email or phone used for the order, and a short explanation of the problem.
