Tracking Your Order and Delivery Notifications

How consumers open their QrX tracking page, receive delivery updates by email or SMS, and unsubscribe from notifications.

Tracking Your Order and Delivery Notifications

If your merchant uses QrX Track & Trace, you can follow your parcel on a tracking page in the merchant's brand style and receive delivery updates by email or SMS.

Opening Your Tracking Page

The tracking link is shared with you by email or SMS, or shown after you complete a payment. On the tracking page you can see the parcel journey step by step, including when delivery was attempted or the parcel was returned, and carrier details per parcel. You can change the page language at any time with the language switcher.

Delivery Notifications

Where the merchant has enabled it, QrX sends you updates at delivery milestones, for example when your parcel is shipped, out for delivery, or delivered. These can arrive by email or SMS depending on the merchant's setup and the contact details on your order.

Unsubscribing from Notifications

  • Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a delivery notification email, or

  • Reply STOP to a delivery notification SMS.

Unsubscribing only stops delivery-milestone updates. Payment messages such as payment links and PIN codes are part of the payment flow and are always delivered.

My Tracking Information Looks Wrong

Tracking events come from the carrier. If the status has not changed for a long time, or the status conflicts with what actually happened, contact the merchant first: the merchant works with the carrier and owns the delivery promise. QrX can help you find your tracking reference and confirm whether the payment for the delivery is completed.

When to Contact Our Support Team

Contact QrX support directly if your tracking link does not open. If your parcel appears lost or stolen, or the delivery status does not match what actually happened, contact the merchant first: those situations need a merchant or carrier decision, and a person will help you from there.
