Delivery, Tracking and Missing Packages
QrX may show tracking information when a merchant or carrier supplies it to QrX. Tracking data helps connect a payment to a delivery reference, but QrX does not operate the delivery route.
Who Handles Delivery?
The delivery carrier handles the physical delivery, route, delivery attempt, parcel scan, and carrier tracking events. The merchant remains responsible for the delivery promise made to the consumer.
What QrX Can Help With
Finding the tracking reference connected to a QrX order.
Showing the latest tracking information available to QrX.
Checking whether payment has been confirmed for a delivery payment.
Helping support teams connect the payment, order, and tracking reference.
Missing, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Contact the merchant first if a package is missing, damaged, delayed, incomplete, or delivered to the wrong place. The merchant can work with the carrier and decide next steps such as replacement, refund, investigation, or claim handling.
When Fin Should Escalate
Fin should escalate when tracking data is missing, the customer says the package is lost or stolen, the delivery status conflicts with the customer's statement, or the answer requires a merchant or carrier decision.
