Payment Problems: Failed, Duplicate or Wrong Amount

QrX can help with payment problems connected to a QrX transaction. The fastest way to get help is to provide the order reference, merchant name, amount, payment date, and the email or phone number used for the order.

Failed Payment

If the QrX page says the payment failed, try again with the same or another available payment method. If the payment keeps failing, check whether your bank app requires approval, your card supports online payments, or your browser blocks the payment redirect.

Bank Reservation but No QrX Confirmation

Sometimes a bank shows a temporary reservation after a failed or interrupted attempt. If QrX does not confirm the payment, wait a few minutes. If the reservation remains or you are unsure, contact support with the payment details.

Duplicate Charge

If you think you paid twice, contact QrX support. Provide both bank payment references if available. QrX can check whether one or more QrX transactions were confirmed and whether a correction or refund flow is needed.

Wrong Amount

If the amount shown on the QrX payment page is not what you expected, do not complete payment until you have checked with the merchant. The merchant controls the order amount and order contents.

Security Reminder

QrX support will never ask for your full card number, password, one-time bank code, or online banking login.
