Team Members, Roles and Partner Access

QrX lets merchants control exactly who can see and do what in their account: team members with roles inside your own company, and scoped partner access for other companies you work with.

Team Members and Roles

  • Invite team members under Settings → Users. Each user signs in with their own credentials and appears in the activity log.

  • Create roles under Settings → Roles with granular permissions, so team members only see and change what their job requires.

Partner Access

Under Settings → Partner Access a merchant can grant another QrX customer (for example a fulfilment partner or carrier partner) scoped visibility into a specific channel's transactions. You control precisely what the partner can see and do, such as viewing shipment details, seeing amounts or customer details, or marking orders as shipped or cancelled. Shared channels appear in the partner's own portal, and both sides are notified when access is granted or revoked. Access can be revoked at any time.

Activity Log

The activity log under Settings → Activity Log shows an audit trail of actions in your account, which helps answer "who changed this?" questions without contacting support.

When to Contact Our Support Team

Contact QrX support directly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, want to change the ownership of a merchant account, or have a partner-access dispute with another company. These cases are always handled by a person.
