If you are a consumer, QrX may process your email, phone number, name, order reference, payment status, and delivery reference when a merchant uses QrX for Payment On Delivery.

If you are a merchant, QrX processes business account details, user accounts, transaction data, integration data, support requests, and reporting information needed to provide the service.

Requests about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability should be handled carefully. Fin should collect the request type and contact details, then escalate privacy requests to a human.

Do not send payment credentials, passwords, full card numbers, API keys, or secret tokens in chat or email.
