Terms and Conditions

Important Summary
This article summarizes the main terms for using QrX services. It is written for Help Center clarity and does not replace any signed merchant agreement, data processing agreement, payment provider terms, or mandatory law that applies to you.
1. QrX Services
QrX B.V. provides a technology platform for Payment On Delivery and related payment workflows. Services can include payment links, QR codes, payment status, merchant portal features, API integrations, webhooks, tracking references, refund support where available, and support tooling.
2. QrX Is Not the Seller of Goods
QrX is not the merchant, seller, manufacturer, warehouse, or delivery carrier for the goods purchased by a consumer unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The merchant remains responsible for the underlying purchase contract, goods, pricing, order contents, delivery promise, cancellation decisions, returns, warranty, and customer-service outcomes.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through integrated payment providers. Available payment methods, settlement timing, refunds, chargebacks, and risk checks can depend on the payment provider, merchant setup, country, currency, and transaction type.
4. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for using QrX lawfully, keeping account and API credentials secure, providing accurate order and customer data, honoring applicable consumer rights, handling customer-service requests about goods, and complying with payment provider rules.
5. Consumer Questions
Consumers can contact QrX for payment status, payment confirmation, PIN or payment link issues, technical payment problems, duplicate charges, and payment-side refund status after a merchant has started a refund. Consumers should contact the merchant for product issues, returns, warranty, cancellations, missing goods, damaged goods, and delivery promises.
6. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes
Refund decisions for goods and services belong to the merchant. QrX may assist with transaction data and payment-side processing where supported, but QrX is not a party to the underlying purchase contract between the merchant and the consumer.
7. Data Protection
QrX processes personal data to provide payment, support, security, reporting, and compliance services. See the Privacy Policy for more information about data processing and data subject rights.
8. Service Availability
QrX aims to provide reliable services, but availability can be affected by maintenance, payment providers, carriers, internet providers, merchant systems, or other third parties.
